“I got the help I needed quickly and the staff were very friendly and professional. I'd like to see more of what you offer in terms of activities & entertainment we can do while visiting besides golf. “Good lodge for a park situated at only three hours drive from Jo'burg. Nice rangers and we were able to see four bigs, lions, buffalos, rhino, elephant which is excellent for a game drive. I'm disappointed that nobody called or send me a message to give me the departure time for the evening game so I arrived just after they already left. In fact I called at midday to verify the reservation and the way to find the lodge but nobody was able to help, it should be improved to avoid this. Room was nice, people very pros, a heated pool would be very nice. Surprised to pay for the drinks at the bar, I thought it was included and it was not about exepnsive drinks. This is why I rated four stars instead of five but you could easely get the last one. Best regards, Eric & Valerie from France”
