The service was good except that one has to wait days (over the weekend) for somebody to check availability of room. I thought that the system could automatically check availability of rooms!

Good, efficient service. Only small issue was I phoned to inquire about the time it takes to get from the West airstrip in Madikwe to the Lodge (we took a charter flight), and was told 3.5 hours. This seemed strange and I asked a few other people - it took 30 mins. I asked the Lodge how long to go from the East airstrip, thinking that was the error, and was told 1.5 hours. Message is, this is critical info for planning the trip, it has to be right!

Hotel is nice and pleasant,only problem is the breakfast set up.we had to wait 45 minutes to get a table and when we dished food,someone took our table,so had to wait while food got cold for them to clear another table.check-in also took long as the people take their time with lazy attitude.

A very good experience overall. The timing from my initial enquiry to completion of my booking went very smoothly and I was kept fully informed through the process until final confirmation - and it all went pretty quickly too. The price was also competitive so overall excellent value for money and a satisfied customer.

Stunning hotel.Excellent service.Only disappointment is @ time of booking I wasn't asked if I would like a sea facing room which I would have preferred.Breakfast was awesome.Overall awesome hotel.

I find your new on-line booking system very confusing. After having used your hotels a number of times in the past. Before when I used to book all my information was already in your system and I emerly selected a room and made the booking and paid when I arrived. I had requested details of credit card payments with Road Lodge P E Airport but received no response to my requests and had to get someone to go there to pay my deposit.

Reception poor, hotel is shabby, needs refurb, rooms, furnishings old, bathrooms look relatively fresh. Great location, though.

I would just like to start by saying, this company not only got us the best price for our safari lodge, they went beyond all that. Melissa you were so informative and helpful, and we thank you!!! You were there for any questions i had through the whole process. Not only was The South African Tourism Company helpful and accommodating they fixed a BOOBoo, I had made on my arrival date from the USA into Kruger Park. Word to the wise, plus one day...lol But it was no problem, they fixed it by calling and getting our days at Imbali Lodge pushed up and we will be arriving in South Africa with no worries, Thanks to South African Tourism Company.
