“I had an issue with a watch strap, sent in pictures, and they replaced it immediately. Despite receiving an initially defective product I will always keep 5 stars in the case of great customer service. Thanks Xeric. :)”

“This watch is a very fine time piece, It is a design that is more affordable for that high end look. This time piece wasn't timed for an accurate run to standard time. A daily adjustment is required. Even on my watch winder a week later the time is twenty five minutes faster. It's a nice piece to show off, but to wear it everyday and make this adjustment for time would render an issue always resetting the time.”

Hey Stephen! Thanks for the comments! I would recommend winding it at least 40 times before wearing. The power reserve should last up to 48 hours with that amount of charge! If you're having further issues though just email our CS team: contact@xeric.com

“Fantastic watch!!!. Very Nicely executed and I love how it looks on the arm. It more of an arm candy talk piece and I understood that when I got it. You can tell the time if you need too and getting the versions with lime is a most.....”
