“I don't feel safe about buying watches from you anymore. Just bought my third Xeric watch and again it was sent without "Signature required" delivery. Took me 3 days to find it because a neighbor had taken it. You treat your luxury watches like it's any ordinary object. You might as well sell staplers instead. How can you feel confident enough to send a $300 to $1000 unique piece of jewelry in the mail?! It will be a long time before you're considered a sophisticated brand. “Great watch quality is outstanding. Only flaw is the glow in the dark feature only lasts a few mins....fix that and xeric will have flawless time peace....will recommend this product.”

“I bought the Halograph III auto. I love it, it is a great piece of artwork on my wrist, and a great conversation starter. I only wish it had luminescence. I don't know if it is only my watch, but it seems there is no luminescence on my watch. When I put it in the dark, the watch is black. I was hoping at least the hands and maybe the numbers would light up.”

“As far as I could see, Xeric has, pretty much, the most extraordinary watches out there on market. I've only bought one of their watches, so I won't write an overall Xeric review, but the watch I bought is very good. The only downside was the shipping that kind of took a bit too long (1 month just to get shipped), but the support team was very good and answered my emails pretty fast.”

“For the majority their product has been amazing, for example the look and design are the high points. But there are some downsides. Like the glow in the dark does not work as well as pictured, and the strap I got is a little sharp on my wrist. But all in all I’m very happy with the watch I got.”

“I have three and really like them. However my latest one - a Halograph Chronograph an issue with getting the chrono centre minute dial to reset to the top and four emails to you have still not elicited an answer! My other general gripe is that you simply cant read the watch at night! I have a 15 year old Breitling that still glows stunningly at night and yet my latest four week old purchase dosent! Surely the application of high grade lumens is not that great a cost!”

Thanks for your review and feedback, Oliver! It does look like our customer service team sent some troubleshooting tips on how to work the Chronograph function! I hope that helped solve the issues! It is also important to note that the brightness of the lume will depend on the color of the lume (red is the least bright and green is the brightest) as well as the thickness of the lume coating. Strontium Oxide Aluminate requires exposure to initial light in order to charge the pigments. Holding your cellphone flashlight directly over the watch in a dark room for a minute will allow you to see the glow. The pigment can be further amplified by exposing the dial to sunlight or UV lamps. A full charge of any SOA lume features across brands will usually shine brightly for about 10 minutes, then have a sharp decline in brightness, with the residual energy lasting a few hours. “This is my fourth Xeric watch and it is an absolutely beautiful timepiece. I'm only giving it 4 stars however because it doesn't have any glow in the dark areas on it anywhere. It's too bad they weren't able to at least make the hands glow in the dark at bare minimum.”

“I was disappointed that there were no additional discounts given when the watch was nearly one month later than originally quoted being delivered 6/24/2022 after expecting delivery in May. I do like the watch very much.”

“The Apollo 15 watch's uniqueness is what attracted me to it because I'm a big-time Mercury, Gemini and Apollo space program buff. I really like the leather band too. Although I did not realize that it required the use of the provided UV flashlight to activate the smaller star features on the face. It keeps time with precision and it's size is perfect for my wrist. Well done.”

“The Halograph 2 (Blood Moon) is an excellent watch. Mine runs a bit fast, gaining about 7 seconds per day. Reading it took a bit of getting used to, but was an easy enough adjustment. My only complaint is that, except in very good light, the watch is difficult to read. In part, the cool color combination is a problem, but some form of luminescence would be an immense improvement.”

“Beautiful watch. I was worried it would seem too large for my wrist, but really doesn't. It is difficult to read, especially at night. I have the black dial, and there isn't enough contrast for good legibility. Also, it took a long time to arrive, 1 11/2 to 2 months, I believe.”
