“Love the 'outside the box' design. Gathers lots of stares while wearing. The strap needs improvement. Customers will pay $20 more for a high quality strap.”

“Excellent watch, excellent leather strap. Mesmerising dial in purple scrambler, absolutely love it. I’ve got quite a small wrist and it’s very wearable. Only thing I would have preferred is a brand brochure or a custom documentation for the scrambler in the box rather than “go on Xeric.com” for it. People who buy these watches love to nerd out, and a quality documentation elevate that experience, and makes the item that much more collectible. Thanks”

“I got the Trappist 1. I am going to have to agree with a lot of the other people on this one. While it is a beautiful watch, the grid covering the face is a nuisance. It takes away from the beauty of the stars and moon. And I can't see my date on my watch. It does glow, not for long though, even with the led charger mini flash light. If I could remove the grid and leave the rest of the watch as is I would. But that's my only complaint, it's beautiful. Love the color I received and everything else”

“Really like the style of this watch - good addition to my collection. One disappointment is that there is no luminosity to speak of. I was really surprised that after several full days of wear in sunny and bright conditions, as soon as it gets dark the hands are invisible - not at all the way it's described in the marketing materials. Makes it very challenging to use as an overnight watch.”

“Very clever design and amazingly creative. Weakness is the bracelet, like other Xeric I purchased in the past. Material is too thin and low quality, will show signs of wear quickly.”

“After buying my first watch I bought a Trappist 1 American Moonphase, however it was too large for my wrist. I returned it and was approved and I received my refund with no hassles. So I'm very satisfied with the Xeric company.”

“Great looking watch. Exactly how I envisioned it. Couple point worth mentioning. The box was kinda beat of. The leather bracer was already a bit more creased than I thought a new one would be and finally, the glow in the dark paint on the watch was not working or simply not charged. I bought a UV blacklight to charge it as I dont get much sun working nights. Well see how it goes.”

“I bought a Halograph Chrono Silver Navy (no. 1). Optimal size for my wrist, very nice classic and timeless design with beautiful lugs, good workmanship. Strap doesn't indicate to be an original horween one because of missing trademark logo. Watch indices have very poor or no lume and are too small. Lunette and watch crown are unfortunately not polished which amounts to a design flaw. All in all I am satisfied with the product.”

“Don't let the 4 star review mislead you. This is one of the most interesting and comfortable watches in my 20 watch collection. The only thing stopping me from giving it a 5 star rating is the difficulty reading the chronograph dials in the lower half of the face.”

“The watches arrived and I was particularly delighted by the Tourbillon. The Trappist-1 in rose gold was a little underwhelming due to the lack of contrast making it slightly difficult to read the time. But it was a nice watch as well and overall I am happy with the watches. an area to improve would be on having a step by step monitoring of the delivery and a more personalised customer communication method. Another area is the quality of the packaging. While the tourbillon case was nice, but the sponge inside was loose, and it didnt come with a warranty card. The Trappist 1 came with a warranty card but it wasn’t filled in or stamped. It gives both watches the look of unauthenticness which is a no-no in watch collecting. Overall more care should be taken in packaging such beautiful watches. Would love to buy more watches from xeric when the opportunity allows.”

“NASA trappist automatic: this is my third Xeric watch; I always receive amazing compliments and questions whenever I wear one. Great conversation starters. Unfortunately, my trappist crystal cracked with normal wear after a few months. This is the first time I have had an issue with any of these watches, and the crystal is specificlaly excluded from the warranty.”

“I am SINCERILY amazed by your watches, and the 2 pairs of new straps that I received lately. are awesome! I have just a dissatisfaction comment : I had to pay 10 Euros for "customs" (I guess?), or for something else... don't knox really! I was surprised, for I did pay already the shipping cost on internet... :-( (SAD!) If I could be reimbursed of these 10 Euros, as a matter of principle, I'd be fully satisfied!!! “My hour and minute dials do not move. I think my watch is defective. I hope Xeric is willing to send me a replacement that is working. I prefer a watch that is operational. This time I would like a darker color, grey or black.”
