“Love the design of the Retroscope Jump Hour. Nice retro look. Unique without being gaudy. Gorgeous nostalgic green clockface. My only gripe is that it has no glow in the dark dials which is a little miss to me.”

“Unboxing was fun as it’s nicely packaged. And the watch itself feels nice, substantial, but a little bit chonky. Sadly the colored cap on one of the pushers fell off in transit so now I’m left with an imperfect new watch. And the repair option just ain’t worth it. Buyer beware I suppose - I didn’t read the repair process before buying. I’ll still wear it when I want a conversation starter; unless you know the watch you wouldn’t know a piece is missing.”

Hey Chris- Thank you for your review. In the future, please contact our team before wearing the watch as they would have replaced this for you outright. We don't repair band new items, we would just replace it for you and have the damaged item returned back to our warehouse. But once the watch is being worn and used, then it does void that process. “I am very happy with my new xeric watch. I know it was a pre-order, but it was originally scheduled to be delivered by mid November. I only received the watch last week. While the customer service was professional, I was disappointed that I had to be the one to make outreach to check on the progress of my Xeric watch delivery rather than have the company keep me in contact.”

“I love the design of my watch, and it’s also comfortable to wear. The only thing I did not appreciate, is that the black finish on the case scratches extremely easily. Overall Xeric, makes fun, original and affordable time pieces, and I am very happy to have one in my collection.”

“Xeric watch is really one of a kind. It's well made and stylish. My only comment is that I wished they made it a little heavier. Customer service was great too because I missed out on the promo code and they actually refunded me that amount! Can't get any better than that!”
