Hi Susan, Thank you for taking the time to leave this review for us, we really do appreciate your feedback. I am happy to hear that you were happy with the card, I do hope the recipient loved it just as much! In regards to the delivery issue you have mentioned, I have had a look into this for you and I can see that you were advised at the time of purchasing that you should allow three working days for your items to be created and a further 48 working hours for dispatch. Your items were shipped on the 3rd working day and were delivered 24 hours after shipping. I can only apologise if the time frames were missed when placing your order and the card was not with you in time for the occasion. Kind Regards, Lucy Yappy.com

“I have bought a number of items for myself and friends ant in general they are excellent. Most recent buys were masks which look great but the sizing is not good. Medium would fit a child not an adult.”
