“I have ordered a couple of books. The spot the dog book (Where's Wally type of thing) was way too difficult but I love the story book I ordered. Great service with each order - efficient and prompt.”

“The bag is lovely but I was a bit disappointed as I thought the dogs name (Casper) would be on it. Maybe I got it wrong or maybe it was not clear on the website.”

I am pleased that you were happy with your bag, I hope its pawfect for carrying all of Caspers belongings! I am however, sorry to hear that you were disappointed that the bag was not personalised. I have had a look into this for you and can see that the bag you have picked does not come personalised with name and instead features your chosen icon only. We do mention this within the product description and it is also shown on the picture previews we provide. I am really sorry that this was missed when placing your order. “I was really happy when the cards arrived. Size, quality of card and print were good. When my husband opened the envelope it had the ‘desired effect’ and made him smile and look down at the dog, who was sitting faithfully by the children. Great concept, simple and affective.”

“The ad said it was personalised so when we were asked the dog’s name we assumed it would be on the item. We were disappointed when it arrived minus the name. I did email the company and send some photos as requested and was told that it was right. We were confused why they wanted the dogs name. As I said, we are disappointed. The quality of the item is very good.”

“Love the bag Fits everything I need for dog walk but Strap far too short I like to wear a bag across body This only comes to waist”
