“The products are really good quality and I love that they have a variety of breeds of dogs to personalise your gifts. I think the delivery cost is excessive considering I had to email 3 to 4 times to chase my items up to be delivered before Christmas and was then still charged the full delivery cost.”

“I brought 2 peekaboo bandanas and was very pleased with the choice of doggy lookalikes. I managed to find 2 very similar dogs but the westies did not look like mine at all. Sad I could not make it a trio”

“Wanted to give a 5 star but delivery took longer than stated and I had to get in touch when it hadn't arrived. A few items were ordered at the start of December so that's probably why the delayed delivery. I would defo order again, everything I ordered I was very pleased with 🙂”

“Products were great. Tasha and Dora both loved their gifts. Advent calendar was great fun. Just wondering instead of sticking to pedigree breeds if it would be an idea in future to download photos to personalise items as my dogs are rescue /mixed breed”

“Great to have the personalisation of yappy.com - would have loved to have been able to gift my brother a book about both his dogs, instead I had to choose just one as there is no option to have both dogs on the cover. Impressed with the speed of delivery.”

“I was very pleased with the quality of the products and how I could adapt the cartoon image so that it very closely resembled my dog’s colouring. I ordered several products and they were all delivered separately -I would have preferred one single delivery.”

“A novel gift for my granddaughter who fell upon the book with great joy. She was annoyingly fast at spotting Mia in each picture. The illustrations were good, clear and as expected. Delivery was prompt and the book was well presented.”
