“I ordered a large bandana, just fits round my lovely Collie's neck and looks so cute. The design isn't going to be totally visible ever because obviously it gets folded when you tie it round the neck. Good quality - shipping could have been faster for a UK based company but overall very happy!!”

“I gave the Where is Tiger book to my grandchildren. Only trouble the dog was a totally different colour to brindle Tiger, but identical to Alfie, who sadly died of old age last spring!”

“I ordered the 'Where's (insert Dog name book) and felt that each page was too busy and the dog you were looking for was not distinctive enough and did not look the same on each page from the original picture to find the dog so therefore lost interest in it. I love the concept of it and think its great but feel it needs more work to keep the 'reader' engaged. Bought originally for my 3 year old nephew but had to regift to older children who still lost interest as it was too difficult. Even the adults gave up as was too difficult to find on each page.”

“Love the functionality of the site. Love the product range, quality is great. Some things seem a little pricey however on the whole great for gifts. Pre Christmas was difficult to get onto the web as all click through from emails were crashing. Reported this but no response. You may have lost orders with others because of this. I preservered and ordered 2 weeks after initially trying. Very happy with the order when it arrived.”

“Ordered several products, a mug, dog bowl and Santa sac. All great quality and good value for money. The Santa sac got delayed a couple of day’s and I had to spend time contacting them, but it did arrive in the end so communication needs to be better for delayed items. But am definitely going to shop with these again, for my little frug!”

“The two books I bought were delivered quickly and of good quality. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because I feel the illustrations in the book “Where’s B———o” were very small and made it difficult for a child to find his dog within the drawings.”

“Brilliant quality of the Apron, was a great christmas present. My mother in law loves it! The only thing I would mention is that there was no updates on production and shipping. The website showed there was a delay in production because of the massive demand and asked for patience, but nothing no further updates where given via log in or email, so I was a bit lost and worried and didn't know if I would get my item in time for Christmas at all until it arrived.”
