“Part of the order was wrong when it arrived, wrong personalisation on product but I emailed and received a very quick reply and the correct product was promptly sent out to me. The biscuits were thoroughly enjoyed by the dog. Would shop again and have already recommended the site to friends and family.”

“I am not a dog owner but have friends and relatives who are. Buying gifts etc for them and their loved (four-legged) ones could have been more straightforward. In the end I had to be devious and invent my own dog "x". The greyhound wedding card was well-received and the beagle birthday card is ideal. Maybe you don't want to go down the route of opening the site to well-wishers?”
