“I love the website and the merchandise I had - my only issue was, when I placed the order it ended up being about £20 more expensive that what it was advertised. I think you may have charged for the personalised products, but it didn’t mention anything about the extra cost. This I think may make people leave your site and see if they can find a cheaper alternative.”

“Product was as advertised and arrived as per promised delivery date. Purchased a 'Where's Chester' book as a Christmas gift for my 5year old Grandson. He loved the idea of searching the pictures to find 'his Chester'. Job done.”

“I’ve rated yappy.com only a 4 cos we all can strive to do better......however everything that I ordered was excellent! The tin of biscuits went in one sitting mainly because his hooman dad thought that was a wise thing to do!!! Hooman mum thought they should’ve last at least 2 sittings....all in all I will definitely use yappy .com again especially for his birthday in March! Thanks yappy .com”
