“Very nice products and especially so for presents, which can be customised. However, I do think that the products are quite expensive, as the two mugs I bought weren't even bone china. You also need to make sure you leave enough time before ordering, if they're a gift, as they took around 10 days to arrive. They were nicely packaged though, so as not to break in transit.”

“All of the stuff I bought was great. Good quality as well. Only problem is that the dog bowl is much smaller than I expected. It isn't large enough to hold his dinner and as a water dish needs constantly refilled. It may be my fault, I don't recall seeing the size mentioned on the site.”

“Originally there was a mix up regarding my order, but the customer service was excellent and staff went above and beyond to correct the error. Delivery was later than expected due to the mix up”
