“Good imaginative products of a good quality. We ordered the Christmas wrapping paper with our dogs face on it. It came promptly and was of good quality and raised a smile when Mollie 'gave' out her presents to family members.”

“Very easy website and good quality books. Delivery was fast. Only thing is it would be nice to have a few more options to make the dog you’ve chosen really look like your dog, otherwise good”

“Good service. Lovely book but pictures of Finn smaller than expected. Not really suitable for the age of child I bought it for buy will be lovely when she's a little older.”

I am delighted that you loved your chosen products, but saddened to hear you were disappointed with our communication levels. We do send out confirmation emails once an order has been placed, but sadly we have found that some email providers do mark these as spam and block these emails from being received. In terms of delivery updates, at present we will only be in contact if there is an unexpected delay with your order, as you can track the progress of your order in your online account. We are also working on developing dispatch emails as we understand how important it is to know when your items are on their way! Best Wishes Rhian

“I ordered two doggy advent calendars for my two son’s dogs. They were lovely and the dogs really enjoyed the treats, however , the delivery arrived on the 30th Nov several weeks after ordering. I was not home so I had to collect from the post office the next day. I then had to package up and post them they therefore were late arriving which whilst the dogs didn’t mind I did! A few of the treats were broken which was a shame but again the dogs didn’t mind!”
