“I will not hide my feelings. From basic training study manual guide. I read the manual it was voluminous and self explanatory and covers all the impotants areas on security guards.The teachers on the video are very good. On the exam- Many at times I heard some of my friends registered for exam with other trainers at the end they could not find their names on the exam register on the day of exam so they were not allowed to write the exam. I appreciate you for the exam registration you are always take exam registration very serious. I have never been denied of writing exam. Communication- anytime you are to communicate to me either on phone or email you are always go exral steps to explain in details for better understanding. Short comings- when I called on phone many times for a quick response to my challenges there was always no one to pick my calls. I was frustrated and worried but a little better through email. Thank you.”

“Purchased the Basic Security Training course from Canadian Academy of Guard Training. Did this online. Course was interesting and successfully prepared me for the Provincial exam. Response from the Academy when connection or other problems arose were excellent and quick. Recommend to anybody who wants to enter this field.”

“The fast track program was awesome. Especially enjoyed the additional courses on top of the basic course. Two things that could use improvement: 1) up to date first aid information, I know participants need to attend a formal first aid & CPR course. As an instructor of first aid, the topic was out of date and issues and questions would cause issues. 2) if you're advertising license exam included it should be included not have participants pay additional costs out of pocket. That was why I chose you, fast track with license exam included.”

“Very easy to follow, my only criticism I have is with the Final Exam. During the Exam there were some grammar issues that made the questions quite confusing. Also I think it would be beneficial to have some practice exams for the ABST bundle as an incentive.”

“It'd be better if there were either less videos with more reading or more shorter videos with less reading. Overall really good and so far worth the money”
