“I have completed the chapter-2 Safety Awareness and First Aid but still is not shown green, it shows amber. Can anybody check it and fix it. Another thing some time video sound is kind of rough and words does not sound clear even at high volume.”

“This course is too long and its not easy to do its look easy but not easy. I pass all the course but stuck on the final exam. Any one who finish the final i need some help please share your cell so i call and get the information”

“My only qualm with this service is that the first thing it tells you is that the security industry is always changing and we must change with it. However, the videos provided are extremely outdated and poor quality. This results in some information not conforming to the modern industry.”

“After complete any quiz you should show what questions are wrong & what is the answer of that question I do quiz I got results but I don’t know what questions I answer wrong or what correct that is need to be improved Reet is good”

“I did not progressed yet so far (when I was asked to review). So up to this point: - the language is simple and clear; the material explained in well organized order - after tests you can't see what answers were wrong; the written explanation, including Powerpoint, should be described in full before you watch the video, other wise I need to stop every moment to write things down. It takes too much time. The questions of the test at the end should appear right away, so I can know what points to focus on while going through the chapter.”

“The course was well designed to learn quickly and easily. It took more time than I planned but finally very helpful to pass exams. Taking notes during the watching videos of all units very beneficial. Totally it was good.”

“The over all course was easy to follow and understand, the section on trespassing could have been made a lot easier, the way it was laid out was very confusing and could have been made to be understood by a layman”
