“Everytime i complete a chapter it doesnot let me continue to the next chapter. So i have to call them”

“This is quite obviously a scam, I completed training and it told me there was a certification I check and nothing is there. It said pay $25 for the final exam, then I get an email saying i must pay an additional $30 for the online exam? Sounds like a scam. Not only this but all the videos used in training are at least 20 years old.”

“Course is really bugged. Sometimes it's all black when doing tests. Says it is in progress when you complete a module. Customer service is not any better.”

“I finish the videos and cannot access the questions half of the time. I called but the company did not bother to get back to me. I tried to access the questions from different computers and my phone, but it didn’t work! I cannot keep wasting my time with this course! Waste of money!”

“The website needs to be fixed and the study material also needs some upgrade. There so many spelling mistakes throughout the whole course. Other than that it was fine.”

“Everything is good except for the audio in the video training videos needs to be digitally resynchronized to the video and the basic security guard course needs either new colored font or a change of background in some sections where the background is a dark grey. It's almost unlegible and I find myself straining my eyes or having to highlight the words with my mouse. The fatigue course almost seems contradictory in some of the statements as well but that could just be me. I believe it still should be looked over just in case.”

“There's so much information with the chapters that when you study for prov exam it should have exact what your learning not to reword it. And maybe have practice quizzes after u book exam to refresh! It's always easier to actually take quizzes rather then read them.”

“Very easy to follow, my only criticism I have is with the Final Exam. During the Exam there were some grammar issues that made the questions quite confusing. Also I think it would be beneficial to have some practice exams for the ABST bundle as an incentive.”

“It'd be better if there were either less videos with more reading or more shorter videos with less reading. Overall really good and so far worth the money”
