“This course is too long and its not easy to do its look easy but not easy. I pass all the course but stuck on the final exam. Any one who finish the final i need some help please share your cell so i call and get the information”

“Outdated. The course and information is not always current--ie First Aid information. Furthermore some of the presenters are unprofessional and do a very poor job communicating. Overall, I find that 75% of the videos are useless information, or things that are being repeated. Would not recommend this program.”

“The online course is outdated and also is the videos. I could not get a refund and so I purchased a different security course. How far do radios go? Longer than the answers you've got. How does a pager work? No one uses those for security anymore. Please update your program, wasted a lot of time and time money...”

“Absolutely horrible As soon as I gave my credit cardinfo it took me back to the dtart I receive nothing at all and had to phone visa to cancel thispurchase Extremely dissatisfied”

“presently half way through course and I find it enjoyable with alot of info. For others doing the course.. you can find which answers you got wrong on a quiz by going to the home button after completing quiz, then reopening the chapter you just just completed and click on the yellow bar in top right and review answer from there. Works for me anyway. Found this out by accident really so would be nice if clear direction to find this was on site. Anyway , so far so good.”

“The over all course was easy to follow and understand, the section on trespassing could have been made a lot easier, the way it was laid out was very confusing and could have been made to be understood by a layman”
