“your training is okay, as far as security business is consign, your intructors are well on points and precise, but some of them are very fast in passing out their informations, this some time may not allow the student to put down some cogent points during the training,Apart from this my own observation the training is top nuch,Also i advise that after the training students should be recomended to top security firm in Canada for Immidiate employement. thanks. “I will not hide my feelings. From basic training study manual guide. I read the manual it was voluminous and self explanatory and covers all the impotants areas on security guards.The teachers on the video are very good. On the exam- Many at times I heard some of my friends registered for exam with other trainers at the end they could not find their names on the exam register on the day of exam so they were not allowed to write the exam. I appreciate you for the exam registration you are always take exam registration very serious. I have never been denied of writing exam. Communication- anytime you are to communicate to me either on phone or email you are always go exral steps to explain in details for better understanding. Short comings- when I called on phone many times for a quick response to my challenges there was always no one to pick my calls. I was frustrated and worried but a little better through email. Thank you.”

“The course itself is fine but customer service is definitely not even deserves a star. Once you purchase the course, they dont care about you next. By the way you can't get a refund in case if you just purchased the course and for some personal reasons have to cancel it. So think twice before purchasing any services from this company.”

“terrible! course is basicly 40hours off youtube vids. Then a quiz at the end which basicly makes no sense, for a quiz you should be able to find out what questions you got right and wrong. contacted them for a refund and tried many off ways to speak to them and nothing in return. total blank.. do not deal with this company, terrible customer service.”
