“My only qualm with this service is that the first thing it tells you is that the security industry is always changing and we must change with it. However, the videos provided are extremely outdated and poor quality. This results in some information not conforming to the modern industry.”

“Prior to enrolling in the the basic course at the **Canadian Academy of Guard Training, I had no experience in any related industry. I was impressed with the course content, positive & truthful message while challenging professionalism. To say I learned a lot would be an understatement.**CAGT staff were prompt and helpful the few times I reached out to them. Also impressive, I think, were the E-blasts received after finishing the course, offering to help to earn an industry job & start a new career. Great work and student focus! Truly appreciated.. “the video's are great but i never got my book or note book that i was suppose to get after i pay for the course and have never received them,”

“There is no paper book to follow along. The people presenting are talking too fast for me to take notes. I end up pausing, backing up, and so on. The questions don't pertain to the notes i wrote but rather just something the presenter said quickly and its easy to miss it. You have to really listen hard and watch the video at least 4 times to find the answers. Also the speaking doesn't match the guy talking. his lips are moving slower than the sound which makes it difficult to watch. I hope you read this and do something about it. It would be good if you can provide a book to follow along. I never received any kind of delivery.”

“Provide answers that’s very essential if u want to grow in the future. That’s my first time I have seen just rely on the video which is inappropriate. When a candidate finish the exam you should provide the answers unlike it is saying watch the video. It’s just a wastage of time if u provide answers that’s really would be beneficial.”
