“Course is really bugged. Sometimes it's all black when doing tests. Says it is in progress when you complete a module. Customer service is not any better.”

“There's so much information with the chapters that when you study for prov exam it should have exact what your learning not to reword it. And maybe have practice quizzes after u book exam to refresh! It's always easier to actually take quizzes rather then read them.”

“There is no paper book to follow along. The people presenting are talking too fast for me to take notes. I end up pausing, backing up, and so on. The questions don't pertain to the notes i wrote but rather just something the presenter said quickly and its easy to miss it. You have to really listen hard and watch the video at least 4 times to find the answers. Also the speaking doesn't match the guy talking. his lips are moving slower than the sound which makes it difficult to watch. I hope you read this and do something about it. It would be good if you can provide a book to follow along. I never received any kind of delivery.”

“After complete any quiz you should show what questions are wrong & what is the answer of that question I do quiz I got results but I don’t know what questions I answer wrong or what correct that is need to be improved Reet is good”

“This course is very long and difficult, not at all what I was thinking when I purchased it. It's also training people on out dated topics. Would advise people looking for security education to look elsewhere.”

“Outdated. The course and information is not always current--ie First Aid information. Furthermore some of the presenters are unprofessional and do a very poor job communicating. Overall, I find that 75% of the videos are useless information, or things that are being repeated. Would not recommend this program.”

“The course itself is fine but customer service is definitely not even deserves a star. Once you purchase the course, they dont care about you next. By the way you can't get a refund in case if you just purchased the course and for some personal reasons have to cancel it. So think twice before purchasing any services from this company.”
