“The course itself is easy and website is issue free. But this course teaches everything but not the stuff that will come in the exam.”

“The website needs to be fixed and the study material also needs some upgrade. There so many spelling mistakes throughout the whole course. Other than that it was fine.”

“Everything is good except for the audio in the video training videos needs to be digitally resynchronized to the video and the basic security guard course needs either new colored font or a change of background in some sections where the background is a dark grey. It's almost unlegible and I find myself straining my eyes or having to highlight the words with my mouse. The fatigue course almost seems contradictory in some of the statements as well but that could just be me. I believe it still should be looked over just in case.”

“My only qualm with this service is that the first thing it tells you is that the security industry is always changing and we must change with it. However, the videos provided are extremely outdated and poor quality. This results in some information not conforming to the modern industry.”

“the video's are great but i never got my book or note book that i was suppose to get after i pay for the course and have never received them,”

“Provide answers that’s very essential if u want to grow in the future. That’s my first time I have seen just rely on the video which is inappropriate. When a candidate finish the exam you should provide the answers unlike it is saying watch the video. It’s just a wastage of time if u provide answers that’s really would be beneficial.”

“Stuck on the occurrence report, no matter how many times or different ways I put the information in, it still pops up with everything red. Even asked a police officer to help fill it out and it still came up as red. Like what am I even doing wrong?”

“I have completed the chapter-2 Safety Awareness and First Aid but still is not shown green, it shows amber. Can anybody check it and fix it. Another thing some time video sound is kind of rough and words does not sound clear even at high volume.”

“You are doing a great job. You made me to remembered so many things about humanity and thought me many also. But you need to update your videos. They too updated, please upload recent ones, this is year 2020 and not 2010. Anyways thumb up for you”

“It’s good but the videos are a bit out dated and for some reason then Website glitches when you’ve completed some thing and won’t allow you to open another course as it says you’re logged in somewhere else so you just have to keep refreshing the page until it decides to let you. Overall it’s pretty good as you can do the course from home at your own pace”

“I did not progressed yet so far (when I was asked to review). So up to this point: - the language is simple and clear; the material explained in well organized order - after tests you can't see what answers were wrong; the written explanation, including Powerpoint, should be described in full before you watch the video, other wise I need to stop every moment to write things down. It takes too much time. The questions of the test at the end should appear right away, so I can know what points to focus on while going through the chapter.”

“This course is too long and its not easy to do its look easy but not easy. I pass all the course but stuck on the final exam. Any one who finish the final i need some help please share your cell so i call and get the information”
