“Website said 10 working days to arrive and it took 12 meaning it missed the event I bought it for. It also arrived in a smashed box. Wouldn’t recommend this buyer despite how cheap it was. Buy from someone local.”

“Ordered 6 items but only received 4. I didn't get any emails or updates online about the order so i emailed asking where the 2 missing items were. No response after 2 days so had to call. I tried about 5 or 6 times and finally got through only to be told they were out of stock and they would give me a refund. Refund was really quick and in my PayPal within minutes.”

“I was very happy with the service and the products I received. Although I paid for express shipping, my parcel arrived later than expected due to aus post delays. Next time I would use standard shipping prices. Happy that my gifts arrived before Christmas. Nice quality products and highly recommended.”
