Hi Caroline, Our parcels are sent via AusPost and require someone in attendance to accept the parcel. This is to ensure the safe delivery of all parcels. Your service was great but the product was very disappointing. The dance images pixilated badly on the tv suggesting it was possibly meant for a small screen not a large one. If I had known that I wouldn’t have bought the product

Ordered something and now it's been 2 months now started making queries mid January told its takes 30 days for the postal service to provide feedback on where the parcel is. Very frustrated now don't think I will be buying from here again.

Sadly a Christmas gift was left out of the package and is out of stock when I wanted a replacement which is refunded but still not ideal

Website said 10 working days to arrive and it took 12 meaning it missed the event I bought it for. It also arrived in a smashed box. Wouldn’t recommend this buyer despite how cheap it was. Buy from someone local.

Communication regarding delivery very poor .and not delivered on time .As this was a birthday gift this was very disappointing . Don’t know if I would order again

Purchased as box showed anchor recieved without anchor.I rang and said only reason purchased as my son joining navy and the anchor resembled that.I was told its pot luck some have it some dont.Lady was quite rude.I said maybe you shouldn't advertise with anchor on and change your add..Couldnt exchange as I would not have had time to get anything else.So very dissapointed

After purchasing this item I then found that it was half the price everywhere else. I will make sure I do my homework before I use yellow octopus again.

Note received - Unfortunately still not received and the anticipated delivery date has been given as 29th December despite the order being received by the courier on 7th December. It was purchased for a secret Santa and will not arrive in time so has wasted my money.
