Most of the items in the photo on the website were replaced by something much cheaper... the hamper received was really different than the one I purchased.

Mug arrived with cracks so was given full refund as no replacement was available. Customer service was great, product was slightly disappointing

Got a few goodies. The fart cushion exploded instantly and we’re still waiting for the promised replacement (organised 31/5). The Sloth key ring was poor quality and broke on day 2. I didn’t even bother asking for replacement. The Shark tooth toy fell apart also, but I fixed it myself. The rest of the goodies is still ok. Won’t recommend. Sadly.

Not wrapped in package at all, tag missing from one item and bag ripped with dirt damage to one of the items. Very poor packing and shipping.

Had to collect this from the post office and this meant I couldn't get it until days later. Why not just leave it at the front door?

Hi there, Sorry to hear the delivery missed you. The signature requirement is automatically applied to all of our parcels as we have had issues in the past with parcels going missing and we don't want anyone to miss out. We were certain we filled in the address where it was to go yet I had it sent back to me! I feel you should have checked as the address was definitely on it. So I missed my sisters birthday and had to pay express post.... so that was a Saturday it got there 3 days late 🤔😕 Greeting card was great.

Our delivery labels automatically print and don't get amended by our staff so I'm not sure how the address would have been altered. I was really disappointed to see the amount non-recyclable resources used in the packaging in the box. While happy with the products I would be unlikely to buy from Yellow Octopus again until plastics and non-sustainable packaging was discarded.

Description of the purchased item on the Yellow Octopus is misleading in that it would seem it can be used in a conventional oven, whereas upon delivery and reading the instructions it is clear it cannot. Very disappointing!

Very disappointed, advertising Trump/America stickers and there was 4 Trump stickers, it's the only reason I wanted them.
