“Overall great service, just a little slow at responses via email and the phone number doesnt work when I needed to call (during buisness hours). Also wished for communication that my items were to be posted separately even though I bought the items at the same time. Found that a little odd. Received tracking through two different courier companies on different days entirely. Otherwise, shipping was quick when each arrived, items were received in exact condition and description, and issue resolution was simple. Just teething problems but a very decent company non the less.”

“Great range and very good service. I am in UK and made a purchase for my Great Granddaughter in Queensland, fast efficient service. My only issue was that for some reason I was unable to complete the gift card section. However, delivery brought great joy, for which I am most grateful. Thank you.”
