Purchased sausage roller. Disappointed did not roll the sausages. Would not recommend this product. Sorry.

When the microscope arrived, the reflective mirror would not attach to the arms that should hold it, as it appears that one of the arms is broken. The reflector was not attached when the parcel arrived and I haven’t been able to make it stay attached. Please send instructions as to where I should return the parcel. Very few products to choose from. I was given a gift card by a friend and it's taken me two years to find something vaguely useful. But the product I bought is such bad quality my children can't even make use of it.

🚩Horrendous company🚩 The glasses arrived smashed but the outter packaging was somehow fine... TWICE! It literally looked like somebody packed already broken glasses...

Hi there, Sorry to hear that your order hasn't arrived yet. Australian parcels usually take 5-8 business days to arrive with standard postage, but we can see that your parcel is going to NZ. NZ international postage usually takes about 15-20 business days. This is due to flight restrictions and customs processessing. Hi Jarrod, Thank you for your review. We have checked our records, and found that we replied to both emails that you sent to us. We have requested that a picture of the incorrect item be sent so we can show our printers of the error that was made, so we can then sort out a replacement to you. No communication when emailing over 3 times about my purchase from this company to get clarification around my order. Will not be purchasing again. DO NOT recommend purchasing through these people. Once you have an issue they are non responsive and do not care.

Product did not arrive due to out of stock and cost refunded but also received emails saying the product was in transit and quoted arrival dates. No coordination of business process.

Item did not arrive and could not be supplied but I wasn’t told until at least 1+ week after it was supposed to be sent, leaving me not enough time to find replacement before Christmas.

My order was canceled by the seller and readvertised for full price. Very childish behaviour.

1. The hamper was rediculously expensive for what it was! 2. For a Mother's Day gift it arrived in a (pink box) - no anonymity at all! 3. The chocolate was such cheap crap that my Mother did not even eat it! She commented that she didn't like it. 4. The card printed out so terribly faint that I had to outline the letters with a marker myself to ensure that they were legible. 5. Very dear for a hamper that did not include many items at all!!! Felt ripped off!
