“I wanted to share my concern about how communication was handled. The team was polite but often unresponsive when follow-ups were needed. This created unnecessary delays and uncertainty. I hope this feedback inspires service improvements. Thankfully, RESORUS ensured the matter was eventually resolved.”

“When the microscope arrived, the reflective mirror would not attach to the arms that should hold it, as it appears that one of the arms is broken. The reflector was not attached when the parcel arrived and I haven’t been able to make it stay attached. Please send instructions as to where I should return the parcel. I have also left a message on your message bank. Rosslyn Gilbert”

Hi there, Sorry to hear that your order hasn't arrived yet. Australian parcels usually take 5-8 business days to arrive with standard postage, but we can see that your parcel is going to NZ. NZ international postage usually takes about 15-20 business days. This is due to flight restrictions and customs processessing. “No communication when emailing over 3 times about my purchase from this company to get clarification around my order. Will not be purchasing again. DO NOT recommend purchasing through these people. Once you have an issue they are non responsive and do not care.”
