The two soft toys were stuffed into a cardboard box without any protection. No plastic wrapping to keep clean. These products are destined for babies… very disappointing. Won’t be shopping here again.

Jellycats come into our warehouse without any plastic packaging, and we do not wrap them up to minimise the usage of single use plastic in our warehouse. 2 of the items I ordered were not in the package when it arrived. It happens, no big deal. However, I contacted Yellow Octopus and asked for them to be shipped and the reply email said that they would be shipped via express post, as requested, ASAP. However, a week later I emailed them to ask for the shipping info and I found out they were not shipped at that time because they were waiting on my reply (but I didn't know that because the email said to contact them if I had any questions - which I didn't!). In the end, the items weren't going to arrive in time as I'm staying with my parents over Christmas and so the order had to be refunded which is a real shame as I thought my loved ones would really like the items. The reason I am giving Yellow Octopus 1 star is because I am appalled by the emails I received from the customer service team. I feel the emails are defensive and I was given excuses, yet no apologies despite me explaining the inconvenience as I had planned ahead. I have worked in customer service for an online store before and I do not appreciate being treated like I was wrong to be frustrated with the situation (I wasn't rude) when I have done nothing wrong.

I ordered a Secret Santa present on the 9th of December, thinking it would be delivered well before Christmas. On the tracking, it was sent on the 13th of December. I sent a follow up email on the 23rd of December as the item had still not been received only to be told that the item was on it’s way back to you. On my suggestion, the same item was Express Posted the day after I made the suggestion, the 24th, so consequently the item was not received until the 30th. We’ll after Christmas! I am really disappointed, which I expressed in a previous email (which I don’t think was even acknowledged) and I also stated in that email, that I will NOT ever deal with your company again!

Very poor. My order has not been delivered, delivery date was given as 31/12/21 wasn't given this date until I received an email later, so therefore to late for Christmas and it still hasn't been delivered today's date is 04/01/2022.

I ordered two hampers within a minute of each other, one as fulfilled, the other canceled by Octopus due to lack of stock. A refund was provided but it meant my Mum did not get her Christmas present. Don't sell stock you don't have.

My credit card details got scammed through this purchase and I had a little more than $1000.00 stolen from me. Someone in your organisation is a thief and they need to be reported to the police and charged. Get your security it order. I will never buy anything from your company again, and am telling everyone I know not to buy anything either. Unfortunately I cannot give you zero stars, or negative stars. I have only given you 1 star as I cannot submit this review otherwise

I THOUGHT THAT THE LEWIS VESSELS WOULD HAVE HAD LEWIS WRITTEN ON THEM..EVEN AFTER LOOKING THROUGH INFO IN THE SMALL CATALOGS NOTHING WAS THERE..THEN I SAW A VERY SMALL LEWIS ON AN EXTREMELY SMALL STICKER..I BOUGHT THESE VESSELS BECAUSE OF MY DAD WHO JUST PASSED AWAY & HIS NAME WAS LEWIS..I THOUGHT THAT THE CARD PACK WOULD HAVE BEEN BIGGER & THE SMOKED WOOD COOKER WOULD HAVE BEEN BIGGER..YES I KNOW IT WAS PROBABLY WRITTEN ON THE INFO PROVIDED!
