“We received an order of multiple items for Christmas presents in very good time, despite ordering only five days or so before Christmas Day. One item was not in the parcel because it had not been made "out of stock" on the website at the time of our order. However, when we phoned Yellow Octopus the staff member who answered apologised and refunded the amount charged immediately. We were disappointed not to receive the item but impressed at the apology and prompt resolution. The range of interesting and fun gifts at Yellow Octopus is excellent, and not just the usual run of what you see elsewhere. Thank you, Yellow Octopus!”
