“We were certain we filled in the address where it was to go yet I had it sent back to me! I feel you should have checked as the address was definitely on it. So I missed my sisters birthday and had to pay express post.... so that was a Saturday it got there 3 days late 🤔😕 Greeting card was great.”

Our delivery labels automatically print and don't get amended by our staff so I'm not sure how the address would have been altered.
