“We purchased a Gramophone which arrived in very poor packaging and when we opened the box there was clear and visible damage. Also the gramophone did not play at the correct speed. No refund for returned goods either”

Thank you for your review. We're sorry that the item was damaged when it was received. As the item is a vintage gramophone, it is mainly for display purposes than for regular usuage, so the sound quality will not be comparable to modern vinyl players.
