“On 16/11/20 I placed an order which Australia Post promptly lost. When I advised Yellow Octopus the friendly staff member immediately sent me a replacement. Which I received in a few days. Five weeks later the original order arrived (which has been sent back ‘return to sender’). I very much appreciated your courteous service. Pity about Australia Post!”
