“Items were great but I paid $16 for express shipping, 1-3 days delivery, instead of the free shipping I had been approved for, and the items weren’t shipped the next day and didn’t arrive for 7 days.”

“Ordering was easy, so good. But there was no notification that the order would be held up by one product not in stock. I paid extra for 1-3 day delivery, but Australia Post just can't make it to our address in that time. So received eventually 5 business days after ordering. That meant a repost for birthday present rather than giving it in person. That said, when I contacted you, you very quickly sent 2 parcels. And the products are just what we wanted. Probably need to do a clearance on gemstone planets; Pluto is not now a planet! Thanks though, the products are great and I will order from you again.”

“1. The hamper was rediculously expensive for what it was! 2. For a Mother's Day gift it arrived in a (pink box) - no anonymity at all! 3. The chocolate was such cheap crap that my Mother did not even eat it! She commented that she didn't like it. 4. The card printed out so terribly faint that I had to outline the letters with a marker myself to ensure that they were legible. 5. Very dear for a hamper that did not include many items at all!!! Felt ripped off!”
