“I didn’t get the right gift and I haven’t had any help from customer service”

Hi Jarrod, Thank you for your review. We have checked our records, and found that we replied to both emails that you sent to us. We have requested that a picture of the incorrect item be sent so we can show our printers of the error that was made, so we can then sort out a replacement to you. “No communication when emailing over 3 times about my purchase from this company to get clarification around my order. Will not be purchasing again. DO NOT recommend purchasing through these people. Once you have an issue they are non responsive and do not care.”
