First time buying a bike from a dealer, this was recommended as the bike would be safer and have been checked properly... I had drove 4hrs from North London to collect the bike and when I got home I had noticed there was 2 bolts missing from the sub frame and the exhaust were loose so the hole back end of the bike was looses and moving up and down, I told the guys in the shop who do a 60 point check what ever that means and they said to bring it back, well I had spent a total of 8hrs driving and about £250 on fuel so I recommend they collect it or give my money back they wasn't happy about this but they picked the bike up and had it for another two weeks and when I got it back it all seemed okay but a few weeks on a noticed all the panels (fairings) and rear mud guard had no proper panel clips maybe 50% and the rear mud guard has one bolt but they have made it look as if there are nuts and bolts there but don't actually do anything it also had a stiff link in the chain which had snapped, I dont know if all shops are like this but after they said how good they were and how thorough they check there bikes I would take my pedal bike to these idiots, the bike is a yamaha R1 so not a bike to be doing high speeds on when it's basically falling apart, I would strongly recommend going anywhere else even ebay or Facebook because these guys are beyond useless good luck if your buying a new bike!

I bought a Ducati 1199r from these guys 1 month ago for just short of £15,000 and the chain snapped 412 miles later causing serious damage to the bike, my leathers and injury to myself. I brought it up with them and one day later they sent me a letter falsely blaming external factors to try sneak away from any liability. These guys are SHARKS STAY CLEAR. They never offered any support of conversation but simply kicked me to the kerb.. not the way to treat your customers especially at no fault of theirs. DO NOT TRUST THESE GUYS

A disappointing customer experience. In early August I contacted Youles Blackburn to arrange an annual service. I was told they had a customer waiting area with comfy seating and free coffee and I could even take out a loan bike if I wanted. Three weeks later, two of us made the trip to Blackburn, about 30 miles away, as my friend has a Suzuki and was considering booking his bike in too. However, when we arrived, the coffee machine was out of order; they had not got any loan bikes available; and despite having had three weeks to prepare for the service I was left completely high and dry when they couldn’t complete the work because they didn’t have the correct washers for my oil filter. After almost two hours of waiting in the showroom, I was told that they had planned on using the old washers (from my 25 year old bike) and did not have any in stock. To make matters worse, I was told I would have to leave the bike there until at least Tuesday. (I contacted Youles on Tuesday morning. I was told the washers had not arrived and they would call me back, which they did not.) Leaving me to make the 30 mile journey back home, with no idea when the bike would be ready and no interest in how I was going to make the journey back to Blackburn to pick it up.

never actually got my machine to you as you wanted £80 just to look at it. I had a throttle issue on the Sprint GT, and i was going to simply hand the bike over and say fix it but £80 without even looking at it is crazy money. thanks, but i'll use another Triumph dealer to keep my machine with it's full Triumph service history
