“In November 2023 we went with our son to Youles where he purchased a bike to be used in his new job. He got excellent advice about the choice of bike for his needs, insurance, security and the onward care of the bike. In July this year (2024) while parked, the bike was knocked over by a van. The bike was booked into Youles for assessment of the damage. We got very friendly and wise advice about the safety of the bike, dealing with the insurance claim etc. Haydn also gave us the number of and organisation who give advice specifically to motorbike users in the event of accidents. A discussion with this organisation was invaluable. In all our enquiries and requests for information and assistance, the team at Youles (particularly Haydn Kim and Helen) have been excellent. The advice is good and nothing is too much trouble. The damage to the bike was significant and will probably be a 'right-off'. The re-placement will definitely be purchased from Youles.”

“Excellent service from Andy & his team today, off to Spain on in 3 days time for a month touring and discovered today that the spare key process did not work on my bike, Andy squeezed me into the work shop the same day and Josh the mechanic fixed the problem. Just all round superb service. Thanks everyone.”

“In short proper customer care afforded by knowledgeable staff members, I have done a great deal of business worldwide in my life but never have I been better looked after than by Youles motorcycles. Very efficient everything exactly as described, delivery organised, flawless sums up the whole transaction. A genuine five star business in this day and age when many firms can't even spell "customer care".”

“Youles Manchester the staff are top notch going above and beyond to help you. I collected my bike today and the whole process was first rate, I dealt with Johnny, top man and very helpful. I also dealt with Hayden who gave me a lot of advice when collecting my classic scooter. I also dealt with a lady on the service desk - apologies I didn’t get your name. It’s because of the staff and the service I keep going back to Youles, they really do their best to assist the customers and make sure you are 100% happy.”

“Went in before Christmas, to look at mopeds. A young gentleman called Jonny came to help me. Absolutely fantastic customer service from him. Explained everything, and within an hour I had purchased a new bike. He kept me informed about everything over the next few weeks. Until I picked up my bike. Also phoned me the day after I picked it up to make sure I got home safely and was happy with my bike. Again Absolutely fantastic customer service. Definitely a 5 star review. Once again thank you Jonny.”

“Experience of buying a motorbike with youles was all positive. Johnny was the salesman and he was friendly, helpful and not a pushy salesman like some. ( I hate pushy salesmen with a passion) Any questions I had, he was able to provide the answer. I bought a triumph 660 sport but originally somebody else had reserved it with a view to purchase. I asked to be kept in the loop if the sale fell through which he did. Fortunately for me (and youles) the other person bought a brand new bike and I bought the 22 plate one. Big question is, would I recommend or use youles again? After my experience of purchasing a motorbike then yes I would recommend and use them again.”

“Youles Blackburn cant fault them, bought my Bonneville Newchurch off them 3 years ago and they are so professional in customer service and looking after your pride and joy i would not trust my Triumph with anyone else. MOT and service done for another year.”

“Had my 2023 Goldwing DCT serviced by Youles the staff both sales and service were brilliant I was offered Coffee from the sales staff as I had arrived early and the booking in and communication was excellent this is my second 2018 + Goldwing but the first service with Youles. I had a while you wait service done which was great See you next year for its second service.”

“I have been looking for my first bike, so I called in at Youles Honda a few weeks ago. Unfortunately my timing wasn't quite right so needed to delay the purchase. I just wanted to give a big shout out to Koh who is one of the sales team. I have been looking for sometime and had visited many showrooms over the past few months. Out of all the sales personnel I have met, I put Koh as the No 1. Not only very knowledgeable but what a great guy. I will definitely be going back to see Koh. Thanks Koh”
