"Recently bought a Africa Twin from Youles Honda Manchester, terrible service, lied to by salesman to get sale, when bike was delivered covered in white overspray I spoke to Joe ( Director) who wasn\u2019t interested in trying to sort out the situation, real bad attitude, I\u2019m now worried I may have been sold a damaged\/repaired bike, to think it\u2019s acceptable to deliver a bike in this condition is not acceptable, I would be very cautious if buying from Youles Motorcycles, I am currently seeking legal advice against them."

Explained everything, and within an hour I had purchased a new bike. He kept me informed about everything over the next few weeks. Until I picked up my bike. Also phoned me the day after I picked it up to make sure I got home safely and was happy with my bike. Again Absolutely fantastic customer service. Definitely a 5 star review.
