“Had my fire blade in @ Youles Manchester for service and health check, this was with apprehension as the last dealer wasn't good enough,must say the guys were great and service was brilliant.Very friendly and honest ,i told them to put new pads in all round but was told I didn't need them😳.Highly pleased and its great to have a decent Honda dealer that's local.👍😋.”

“Just picked up me rocket from Johnny the sales team slight misunderstanding on my part now I look at it rang the shop how they came to help me was more than helpful can't thank them enough will always recommend them when passing that way will call in plus what a bike to ride very very big thank you cheers for that”

“Great service from james from the minute I seen him, thanks for sorting a great deal out. Just got my triumph trophy from them and well impressed. Had a number of big touring bikes but never a triumph, how could I resist looks fabulous in blue ..!! .. thank you to James a yours Manchester”

“I recently brought a Triumph TFC from Youles, I dealt with Royce throughout the purchase and I was very impressed with his level of professionalism, right from the start, a very warm welcome, knowledgeable, and nothing was to much trouble, even down to the updates whilst my bike was being prepared and serviced, and a courtesy call once I had the bike a few days to see how things were going. We found his customer service skills second to none. Well done Royce, and thanks once again.”

“Awesome guys, they are really helpful and knowledgeable when it comes to technical stuff. I have been going to Youles for nearly 10 years and there has never been an issue that they haven't been able to resolve for me on my bikes! I would definitely suggest them to anyone looking for a modern and decisive dealership.”

“With the country on lockdown 'Youles Motorcycles Blackburn' made it really easy to buy a motorcycle 200 miles away. Thanks Royce for all your help, the video all around the bike before I purchased was ace. Then arranging delivery via 'Ironhorse' was spot on. Thanks very much guys, now enjoying my Tiger 800xcx.”

“I have a T120 Bonneville and in December it lost power on one of the cylinders. The RAC took the bike to Youles and I cannot praise the staff at Youles enough. My first contact was Will in the Service Department and secondly Vanesa. They were very cooperative and went the extra mile as my bike was two months out warranty. They contacted Triumph on my behalf and persuaded them to pay for the repairs. So, top marks to Youles.”

“Such a positive experience dealing with helpful, knowledgeable and friendly staff. I traded my bike for a Speed Twin everything was smooth and effortless and a deal that made me more than happy. Whilst I was there I noticed some Triumph panniers for a Thruxton I was given a knockdown price and they fitted them there and then. Big Thank you especially to Joe and Dave for the excellent service and another satisfied customer.”

“Had my 1st service on the New Street Twin, centre stand fitted and radiator expansion bottle checked for level. Luke did an excellent job on the service and stand and advised on which chain lube to use. Andy on reception was extremely helpful in explaining that the level of liquid would rise in the expansion bottle when the bike was upto temperature but he still checked the level to make sure all was OK. Really personal service and always feel valued as a customer and will definitely return for 12 months service.”
