Very bad quality, clothing looks like you buy it from a pack in a discount store and the stamp deprecated really bad from clothing

POS CUSTOMER SERVICE! I’ve placed my order NOVEMBER 27. It is now JANUARY 3 & my order still has NOT YET been shipped. I’ve sent email after email only for it to not be responded to. Most response I’ve received from this website was a bot. I do not recommend!!!

I have never received my purchased order. Nor can I get in contact with anybody to discuss my order. Customer service is nonexistent. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Order 2 items a month ago, still hasn’t been shipped, contacted customer service for a refund to no avail. They don’t respond to you at all just automated responses. Never shopping here again. You’ve been warned!

Their customer service is terrible!! I order some pants from them which was a xl that fit like a L and then I said I’ll order a 2xl that fit like the xl 🤦🏽‍♂️ I sent a email to them regarding my issue over a month ago and I’ve yet to get a response.

Customer service is terrible. I ordered something, then found a coupon not even an hour later so I reached out to cancel. They told me it was "too late, that the order couldn't be cancelled because it was already placed". I had to throw a fit in order to get it cancelled. All of this in the span of three days because they take FOREVER to respond. I placed the order, only for it to come in the wrong size (my mistake). I ask for an exchange for the correct size, and the only solution they offered was a return. Not only that, but I had to pay for shipping to me, and you have to pay for shipping to return in back. Terrible, For-Profit Clothing Brand. Wouldn't recommend it to anybody

Their clothes are decent, but their customer service is a negative 1. They have mystery things that you can order which I think is great, but if you order more than one beware because chances are they will send you duplicate items. How lazy can you be to put duplicate items in the same order. When you ask them about it they say well we warn this can happen on the site so it is your problem. I admit I did not see the disclaimer, but how hard is it for 1 person to pack a single order and not put duplicate items in that order. Seriously how lazy can you be and what kind of business practice is that?????????? Also, when I emailed them about this issue I had to send several emails before I even got a response back.

The sweat pant graphics have rips through all of it making it look bummy and cheap. The print on the tee shirts weren't pressed correctly either so every corner's coming off and will probably be completely gone in a few washes. The jeans are dropping the little metal buttons (rivets) on the pockets like stupid. Have only worn each pair once or twice and they're basically all gone and the other side that pokes through looks terrible. Overall, it's the worst quality clothing I've ever boughten. Hope I can prevent some people from having the same terrible experience as me. I bought a ton of items and the only one that didn't deteriorate instantly are the cargo's so if you want those, they're fine but I have only worn them a couple times so who knows. I'll post pictures soon to show ya'll how bad it really is.

If I could give them a 0 I would. I ordered 5 sweatshirts and a t shirt for my boyfriend in March. I spent $80 total on everything. I’ve never had an issue in the past, but I only have received one of my items. I have sent them email after email asking for either a refund or to give me the items I paid for. I get a response back saying that they pushed the back order dates out. So I sent another email. Same thing except an even further back date. Sent ANOTHER email. Now they’re saying They can’t send them until September 30th. But the last email said July 30th. The one before that said they’ll send them soon. Absolutely ridiculous. Then they had the audacity to ask for my email so they can send a $20 gift card. Like I’ll ever be shopping with them again lol. I am furious

I ordered something from back in April and still haven’t got it yet. I reached out to them and they said I had preordered items and that they would ship soon only to never be shipped. And since reaching back out to them they have completely ignored my request. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!! I’m DISGUSTED to say the least………

I PLACED AN ORDER MARCH 11 FOR ALMOST $300 MAY 3RD I STILL HAVE NOT RECIEVED ONE SINGLE ITEM FROM MY ORDER.. AFTER MY ORDER THEY TRIED TO SAY I HAD PREORDER ITEMS BUT NONE OF MY ITEMS SAID ANY DATE PAST MARCH BUT I WAS TOLD I WOULD NOT RECIEVE ANYTHING, EVEN ITEMS CURRENTLY IN STOCK FROM MY ORDER TIL 4/30!!! OVER 45 DAYS FROM ORDER DATE I WAIT 4/30 COMES, GOES, NO SHIPPING UPDATES. I WRITE CUSTOMER SERVICE ONLY TO BE TOLD SORRY YOU HAVE PREORDER ITEMS AND THEY DONT SHIP TIL 5/30,!! I was literally in shock! Are you serious?! I forwarded all our previous correspondence where I was told several times that my entire order was not shipping til 4/30.. Clearly said 4/30 which mind you the order was MARCH 11TH now you say 5/30! WTF even after sending them their messages saying 430 all they responded with was sorry its now 5/30. So over 2 and a half months and you wont send me one single item from a $300 order. They take no responsibility,act like this is normal, no big deal just like 80days to wait. I order custom items from china and it only take 2bweeks 14 days. There is no excuse for 2.5 months to make a buyer wait . So my Son has no clothes we've been waiting. I spent all that money im not rich and couldn't order more for him. Worst Business practices ive ever seen. Absolutely the worst customer service, no customer service. They dont care one bit or even act like they are in the wrong . Total shock at how im being treated as a loyal customer.

Horrible do not buy anything from here, I received the wrong size and they refused to refund my money, after sending them over 10 emails in a span of 2 months they agreed to issue a return however returned my money as a gift card. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM HERE the customer service is a pain in the a###

Placed an order on January the 6th still have not recieved it. Today is February 6th.Sent multiple emails. Now they just are not responding. So essentially they stole my money.

Claims I preordered cargo pant items when I requested an update on shipping since they were two days late already. The items were not on preorder and they stated 1-3 days processing on the website. Email response was prompt but unhelpful, refused to take responsibility for incorrect shipping times and deceitful item listing. Will not be ordering again, I feel silly for not looking at reviews earlier.

Same issue for us. After a week we emailed to get a tracking number and this is what we received: "Sorry to hear that,Based on our refund policy,both Shopify and us will have to charge a 15% handling fee and restocking fee which is non-refundable,hope you understand." The only thing I understand is that this is a scam...☹️

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! IT IS A SCAM!!!!!. My husband and I ordered from this website WEEKS ago, got a notification that our package was delivered although we never received it. Not only that but “customer support” will do absolutely nothing to help you.
