Hi Barry, I'm really sorry to hear you did not receive a response to your email. It is not our intention to ignore any correspondence however we do go through periods of high email/call volumes. “Good deal eventually on golf trip to celtic manor which was hampered by misleading sales staff who booked wrong accommodation and got price wrong. Had to make several calls back and forth to rectify. Should of been straight forward price match but wasn't ....”

“I have been using Yourgolftravel now for about nine years or more and have been booking golf trips for eight guys and for me and my son. I book on average four trips per year, I used to book with Daniel Mundle but he left and I now book with Paul Cockman who has looked after me. Paul is great and nothing is to much he makes all myroblems go away, and you can get a lot of problems booking for eight guys with different needs!!!! Thanks yourgolf David s”

“If I am looking for a golfing break or holiday, YGT is always my first port of call, and I have rarely if ever had to look elsewhere ! Their communications are excellent, and any requests for extra nights, tee off times, are always greeted with a 'no problem' approach. I look forward to their suggestions for my holiday next year !”

“It was our first time booking and all seemed to go smoothly. During the booking process it would have been reassuring to hear the details read back to me by the operator as a final check and also to have spellings checked when giving names of travellers as they must tally exactly with passports etc. I was told the balance was due 8wks prior to departure however full payment was requested immediately.The 2 week breather in between deposit payment and payment of balance would have been nice. I would use your site again.”

“I have been looked after by Barry and the whole process has been excellent. I have changed a few things and made a few requests, however, nothing is too much trouble. There is also an appreciation of the difficulty when putting together a group of golfers (!) and Barry has been very accommodating in terms of deposits and final numbers. Overall, great service.”
