“We booked our holiday through Your Golf Travel and stayed at Les Cottages De La Bretesche France. It was a great choice and we would certainly return. The setting was amazing with the Chateau in the grounds and the course was beautifully kept and great to play. No real water hazards or ditches but plenty of tree lined traps and strategically placed bunkers to make it interesting. The accommodation, a cottage in the grounds, was comfortable and clean and spruced up midweek with fresh bedding and towels. There were two restaurants, the brasserie ideal for casual eating and the main restaurant a real gourmet experience with one well deserved Michelin star it offered a range of extremely tasty and well presented courses with wines to suit. The only thing I would say is if you want to eat Friday, Saturday or Sunday night book early as it gets booked up. The ferries were booked for us by yourselves and that worked extremely well not only in original planning but when we hit a problem meeting our return ferry timing it was a simple matter to get booked on a later one with a phone call to Your Golf Travel. Many thanks for all your help and we would certainly book again through your office.”

“Our party arrived at Caldersfields Golf Hotel on Sunday 21st June, to find the place extremely busy. It was Fathers day, and lots of people were making use of the carvery in the clubhouse. Despite being busy, we were given a friendly efficient welcome, and soon had a cold pint in our hands. The clubhouse was well laid out, with a Golfers area separate from the main restaurant area. Prices for food and drinks were very reasonable. The breakfasts and evening meals were excellent, and served with a smile. Our accommodation was excellent. The "Log" Cabins were very comfortable, with a very nice bathroom, with walk in shower, and spacious. The golf course itself was in great condition. Very flat, with lots of trees. The greens were very well maintained, as was the whole course. Some very nice water features, were you can also go fishing. We were there for 5 nights, and found the course to be challenging enough to keep us interested for 6 rounds. Members were out first each day, with residents and visitors starting out at 10.00am. We went out on a few evenings, to Aldridge. Not much there, but the Witherspoons was very good and interesting, as it was a converted theatre / picture house with original features kept. This was my first time using your golf travel, and have to say I was very impressed with the efficiency of Paul Gartland. I had only posted an interest approx five minutes, before I received a call from Paul, who gave sound advice, and recommended Caldersfield. We were impressed enough, to have already made next years booking through Paul.”

“We have booked through YGT on several occasions for golfing breaks here in Spain where we live. They have all been exceptional value giving first class accommodation and golf. We are in the UK later in the year and have booked a one night/ 2 rounds break at McDonald's Portal Golf and Spa. As always, the arrangements through YGT were completed with no hassle.”

“I tend to use Richard Van De Putt for all my bookings. I just send him an email with all the data required including the names of the parties going and he emails me back with the quote and the tee off times. I just then call him to give him a credit card number. It is very quick, easy and efficient. Thank you Richard for your prompt and friendly service as always. Kind regards - Peter Mico”
