Very easy to sign up online and after I wanted to change the boiler service date and they soon did.

We have not been customers for very long, so that prevents the 5 star review, but up to now there is not one complaint. The boiler was serviced today. The gentleman was on time, efficient and polite and left no mess - all as arranged. Long may it continue.....

Very happy with service so far for annual service. Not had an issue with the boiler but customer service seems good and Victoria was polite and helpful with curtosy call after service.

Your Repair staff and customer services are great however same cannot be said of many of their subcontractors.

Excellent customer service, easy to speak to someone and not waiting ages. Initially disappointed with adding £5 to my annual renewal but it seems all companies do thus and its the norm

the phone was answered pretty quick, the lady on the line was very helpful and polite, I wish all calls could be as good.

It was so easy, but then I want to change the plan and I am not give an option to change plan or to cancel unless I contact you and offices are closed. it would be better if we could change the options.
