Great customer service from Adam when on the phone, but still had to haggle to get the same price as last year. I know it is common practice for all insurance companies to do this, just wish it wasn't! Would be 5 stars apart from that”

After a month I got a call and I asked when the service happens and turns out it is towards the end of the contract. This clearly serves them, not the customer. Anyway I got it moved forward at least.”
