Helpful, knowledgeable. Only downside is sometimes takes a little longer to get an Engineer to visit.

I telephoned to sign up to Your Repair and although I have no experience of the quality of service, the young lady I spoke with (Sam) was very good. She was thorough and articulate. I hope the service I will receive will be just as good

I didn't realise my cancellation email hadn't gone through so when I rang to query the payment. They were most helpful and courteous and sorted it out to my satisfaction

very easy to take out the plan on-line no problems with the web site this is my first purchase with YourRepair,so we will wait and see how good they are if I need to call them out.

as I have an older Boiler not every company will cover it nowadays and my current company has put its prices up, while looking for an alternative company I came across 'your repair' which cover Boilers of any age at a more reasonable price,

I switched a few weeks ago to YourRepair from British Gas, as I was paying British Gas almost twice as much monthly for fewer services. I don't actually become a YourRepair customer for a few weeks, as my contract with British Gas doesn't end until the end of the month. I didn't experience any difficulties sign up to YourRepair, so I have given them 4 stars.

First time I have had to use YourRepair service and when I tried to log in it rejected my password so I telephoned and found a really helpful contact. Engineer booked and password issue all sorted without fuss. To add that extra star I just need the engineer to call to fix my boiler - soon I hope.
