I'm switching my current supplier after their attempted 37% price increase...I hadn't heard of Your Repair before searching, but they are competitively priced and have an apparent good range of cover. Customer service guy was helpful and there's a well designed website for landlords. A good start.

Came out quickly and sorted repair. However you cannot ring the freephone number if out of uk and don’t have another number to contact.

Very pleased with the price so hope the service if needed is just as good. I am disappointed, though, that when I received and e-mail offering a discount if I bought the product which I had looked at, I couldn't click on the link to get the discount which would have been a nice bonus on what is still a good policy price. Site was easy to navigate.

I’ve only encountered signing up to YourRepair online, so not much to review on your company itself. However, the online form to register as a customer was quick and easy; not sure I’ve encountered another company where registering as a customer was such a simple process (which is a good thing), some online forms can be long and onerous, which can be offputting. Thankfully this process was the opposite.

Having signed up and initially been allocated a service date for my boiler of March 2020, YouRepair swiftly actioned my observation that this was a long time to wait and have moved service to lock-in with the time it would have been serviced if I had stayed with my previous supplier. Excellent customer service.

Yesterday, I spoke to a lady about taking out a police to cover my boiler & heating ... she was extremely helpful & the whole process was dealt with quickly ,,,, time will tell how good they perform ... but so far so good
