Sam the Ideal Boiler service engineer who completed the repair, was excellent, helpful, conscientious and thorough - a true craftsman. Not only did he do all that he could under the contract, but helpfully pointed out what needed to be done for the benefit of my system that he was unable to do. He actually got back to the office to check that he coudn't do the needed extra work! The previous service repair man did a good job of what he came to do. I have only given 4 *s not 5 - commensurate with Sam, because of the now 5-6 calls I have made to your telephone staff for one reason or another, the last two have been excellent, courteous, helpful and "present"(in the sense of communicating genuine helpfulness, rather than the required response) obviously doing their best to be true support staff and resolve my concerns - a credit to you. Sadly that does not describe the other staff I dealt with, who varied betweeen obstructive "jobs worth" in one case, to doing what they had to, communicating that they would rather have been doing something else. Hopefully, they have moved on, or been successfully retrained.

The Service Engineer kept me informed about the date & time he was coming, plus he carried-out a full clean of the boiler. Have pass-on the contact details to family, who are being over charged by British Gas.

My first claim was not good.However on this second occasion my boiler was fixed within 2 days by a very good informative engineer

Had a boiler problem with boiler onThursday afternoon. Local tradesman on site at 0930 on Friday morning. Job sorted by 1030. Excellent service. Quality engineer.

Engineer turned up on specified day did an efficient job and was generally neat and tidy. The only thing I would like is for a tighter time frame to be given for day of visit.

I was very pleased to have a call saying service engineer was on his way for a boiler service and he was very efficient and helpful I received my documentation be email which is what I requested. Thank you.

The engineer called on time, was polite. Kept me informed as to what he was doing, seemed to work in an orderly manner and cleaned up when he had finished.

The gas engineer kept us inform on the day & time when he was going to call, and did a good job on the service, cleaning the boiler unit & checking the system set-up. Martin was very pleasant person. The last company we was with was taken over and the price jumped by a £100 had to ask for the free yearly service to be do.

Very good customer support. Good price. Landlord checks getting done and Gas Safe certs end up digitally on file which is useful. Not tested any claims yet though.

Good customer service and friendly engineers. Process claims quickly with engineer visit swift Monday to Friday. Weekends are the only drawback unless claim fits emergency criteria. A little pricier than some plans, but zero excess on call outs is a big bonus.
