I am a new customer and can only comment on the telephone call I had with a representative over the home which friendly and helpful and seemed to cover the points I raised.

Good value for money. Very professional engineer, tidy and quick. He spent some time ensuring all issues were dealt with to our satisfaction. Would definitely use again.

Well, I haven't used it yet, but it looks good; cover for my 20 year old boiler (which has been very reliable, no faults, well maintained) that others will not cover, but try to sell me a new boiler! And all at a very good price. But the real test comes when I need to call on the company's help! - if indeed I do.

Very easy to sign up with more extensive cover than my previous contract at two thirds the price. Can’t fault it so far.

Give 4 stars as I've have only just signed up with Your Repair so do not know what the service is like in the event of an issue but after speaking with Jackie in the Customer Care Team to upgrade my plan I am left with a positive feeling. I will update this review at a later date when I have a more substantial idea of the services

Although I have not had a call out. I had my boiler serviced and awaiting new washers. Good service this far, I will be staying with them, recommended.

Previous supplier increased premium >14%. Found YourRepair through comparison website. 1 year premium ~50% of previous. Clear, easy to understand offerings on website. Simple to sign up. Went for one year to give it a go. Will see how it goes.

I am a new customer and have just opened an account for boiler cover only. Your agent explained the signing on process and answered any quiries I put to her, putting me at ease. Let's see how the next 12 months breakdown cover goes before I can make any more comments to this review

Good support. UK phone line. Clear concise and very helpful. Engineer came to do an annual service, he was very pleasant, clean and tidy worker and explained what he had done and the results.
