At the moment they have been quite good callouts of being dealt with fairly quickly the prices are quite good I have full package boiler electric and water

The Gas Engineer arrived between the times stated and also had his ID to show me. Pleasant and courteous during his visit. Only thing would have been nice to have some paperwork to show the boiler had been serviced. However this is an organisational issue.

good communication. only comment is that since I have multiple properties with you, the bank statement only displays 'Your Repair' and amount. Without short reference it becomes confusing to which property payment belongs- book keeping.

The engineer was very helpful and efficient. Arrive in the morning with a prior phone call, examine and found the faulty part. Came back in the late afternoon to fix it. All done in one day.

The man arrived on time as arranged and quickly discovered the problem. Had to order part which took two days to arrive. This wasn’t a problem because it was only a small leak. The man phoned this morning to say he had the part and arrived within 30 mins. He was very polite and left everything clean and tidy.

Found the price for boiler and central heating cover very competitive. Had a nice lady call me up to make sure everything was in order. Based on Customer service and price, I would be happy to recommend this company.
