Website easy to navigate but wouldn’t accept my bank details. Rang instead; very quick response and Sarah C was very helpful and efficient. So far, so good.

web site easy to use and plan appears good value for money. I'm looking for peace of mind and hopefully should the need arise to use the services it will come up to expectations and hopefully exceed...time will tell!

Very good we love the YourRepair boiler plan. It looks fantastic with a bit of everything which covers everything in the house. We took the complete home cover which is perfect for us. It's 4 Stars bcoz we haven't received the service as yet

I had an issue with an internal dripping water isolation tap and a failing ballcock in a header tank. Homeserve refused to cover the ballcock Your Repair turned out within six hours to secure the tap. The ballcock was secured and fixed in place as a temporary measure as a part was ordered. Today is Jan 3 and tomorrow the tap will be replaced followed by the ballcoock when the part is received

Reported a fault with boiler two weeks ago and flagged that we have a newborn baby in the house who is affected by the heating issues. The engineer came a few days later rather than the usual 24-48h that we had in the past with other providers. We are still waiting, two weeks later, for the engineer to return with the part needed to repair the problem. It is a widely available part. Getting through to Yourrepair on the phone is proving difficult too, the waiting times are long and there is no default follow up on the repair. We are left to chase both the company and the engineer.
