Only just joined so can't comment on any repairs or servicing right now, but the registration process was very easy, and the levels of cover are very good. I feel happy and now have peace of mind that I am now protected if the need arises.

Just signed up with you for full central heating cover on the three year fixed price basis. Absolutely painless so far. Will see how it goes from here as to servicing and repairs in the future compared with British Gas who i was with before. Regards. Mr.D.R.Carman.

Appalling customer service. I recently cancelled my agreement with yourselves within the 14 day period specified. I am still receiving emails threatening me with legal action re: unpaid direct debit fees. Sort it out and communicate with each other better!

After several phone conversations with Oliver who was patient understanding and listening No hard sell from Oliver, I was speaking with several other companies regarding their cover too. Your repair was price competitive, I also needed to feel reassured of what the service and response would be in the event of an actual breakdown of eg my boiler. I feel Oliver answered honestly to manage my expectations, annual boiler service included. I found your repair on Martin Lewis's website.

Spoke with Oliver to sign up. I am always nervous because it always sounds good. Oliver came across honest and genuine ,and for the price they were the best. let's see if/when I make a call out
