Appalling customer service. I recently cancelled my agreement with yourselves within the 14 day period specified. I am still receiving emails threatening me with legal action re: unpaid direct debit fees. Sort it out and communicate with each other better!

After several phone conversations with Oliver who was patient understanding and listening No hard sell from Oliver, I was speaking with several other companies regarding their cover too. Your repair was price competitive, I also needed to feel reassured of what the service and response would be in the event of an actual breakdown of eg my boiler. I feel Oliver answered honestly to manage my expectations, annual boiler service included. I found your repair on Martin Lewis's website.

Spoke with Oliver to sign up. I am always nervous because it always sounds good. Oliver came across honest and genuine ,and for the price they were the best. let's see if/when I make a call out

After paying for my boiler and central heating cover online I had to call customer Service with a query, the Lady I spoke to was very polite and helped me with the issue I had immediately, I was very impressed by the fact my call was answered so quickly and that the thing that I was concerned about was sorted with absolutely no hassle, Overall I’m very impressed by the price I’m paying for the cover and the online account page is so easy to use. Happy Customer

Just signed up. Was attracted to the price fix for three years which in these times of spiralling costs is a major plus. There is a wide range of options from quite basic to comprehensive covering pretty much all the major things that could be troublesome. Signing up was straightforward on a well designed website. Hope I'll be able to comment favourably should the need arise.
